What people don’t realise about neurodivergent people

A lot of neurodivergent people have spent years trying to earn love, safety or acceptance by overgiving, masking or abandoning themselves.

So part of mentoring is helping people recognise when they’re saying yes out of fear of rejection instead of genuine capacity.

Because constantly betraying yourself is exhausting.
