✨HLM Massage Policy reminder✨

As many of you know, I have recently moved into my new home and now sadly have a mortgage to pay. Because of this, I unfortunately need to be much stricter with my cancellation policy, as missed appointments directly impact my income and ability to cover my bills.

Massages & Facials 💆‍♀️

If you arrive late for your appointment, I will need to reduce your treatment time accordingly. This is to ensure that other clients are not affected and to avoid delays throughout the day.

Beauty Treatments 💅

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more for your appointment, I will unfortunately have to cancel and reschedule your treatment, as it will impact the rest of my bookings for the day. In this instance, the full treatment cost will still be charged.

Illness 🤒

If you are experiencing any cold, flu, or illness symptoms, please contact me before your appointment as soon as possible. Massage treatments can sometimes worsen symptoms when you are unwell, so you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy ❌

As a small business, I hope you understand that I cannot afford no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Therefore, any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend your appointment, will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
