Top tips to help the NHS this Bank Holiday:

Make sure you have enough of your prescribed medications. You can easily order repeat prescriptions via the NHS App, through your GP practice website or, if you do not have access to GP online services, by calling your GP practice.

Are you about to start HRT for the first time? Researchers at Brighton & Sussex Medical School are looking for females aged 40–60 to help them understand how Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) may influence memory and thinking.

The study involves online activities completed at home 3 times. The first study session must be completed BEFORE your first HRT dose.

By taking part, you'll help researchers better understand brain health during menopause.
