FACE YOGA !
As lots of you will know I’m currently off work and stranded with a broken ankle but here’s a silver lining …
I finally got to try Anna Bucknall’s Face Yoga course on Z
oom and I loved it!
I am a big fan of the magical powers of facial massage and sculpting. Face yoga is a really great tool to have in your skincare box to keep you glowing between your facial treatments with a professional ( me!)
