⏰ One week today our FREE carer support session comes to Dumfries!

Are you an unpaid carer looking for advice, training, support, or just a bit of time for yourself? Come along and let us help.

Join us at Browne House for a relaxed, open session where you can get practical guidance on whatever matters most to you right now and connect with other carers.

🥗 A free lunch from Crichton Central is included for everyone who attends.

And if you need someone to look after your loved one while you're there, we can help arrange respite support so you can come along. Just get in touch and we'll sort it.

💜 FEMALE RECOVERY WARRIORS CRAFT STALL 💜
🦋 Handmade with Hope 🦋

We’re so excited — Female Recovery Warriors will be at Goldielea’s summer fair on Saturday 15th August 11am until 2pm, Free Entry!

Everything on our stall has been made by the women in our group.
This time we have:
💜 Handmade purple ribbons for Overdose Awareness & Fibromyalgia Awareness
🍬 Sweets crafted into wee fancy “nik naks”
🍰 Homemade tray bake
+ other handmade crafts

Every sale helps us keep our safe, supportive space going.
Come along, say hi, grab a treat, and support local women 💛
