When you arrive at Tupwood Gate you will be met with a warm welcome, not only by the staff but by the building itself. Our reception area has been recently redecorated in calming hues of blue but the original wood panelling nods to the buildings history. A soothing fish tank finishes off the serene atmosphere. Fitness classes taught by Henry are a regular occurrence at Tupwood Gate, crafted each week to gently challenge residents, to the best of their ability. This week saw everybody utilising stretching bands to help them get deeper into stretches and improve their flexibility. They also played ball games to help maintain good hand-eye coordination. 🙆🙆‍♂️🥎
