We at Pinks Funeral Directors are delighted to be in partnership with the Rotary Club of Sanderstead & Caterham.

We had a lovely lunch with fellow members, enjoying the opportunity to meet other local businesses, build new relationships, and share ideas about supporting our community together. It’s always inspiring to connect with people who are passionate about making a positive difference, and we’re looking forward to working together in the months ahead.

The team at Andrew Grey Funeral Directors were proud to welcome more than 55 people to our Macmillan Coffee Morning at The Burn Inn, Houghton-le-Spring, raising an incredible £750 for Macmillan Cancer Support through coffee, cakes, raffles and community spirit.

For the team, the most rewarding aspect was seeing so many people come together for a worthy cause, while giving something back to a charity that means so much to many of the families they support.

A big thank you to everyone who attended, donated and supported the event.

Our team at Howard’s Funeral Directors in Southport and Ainsdale ran a fundraising car wash to support Queenscourt Hospice.

The event brought together colleagues, family, friends and local supporters, all helping to raise funds for a hospice that provides invaluable care and support to people living with serious illnesses across West Lancashire, Southport and Formby.

The team worked incredibly hard the entire day and managed to raise an impressive £626.94 for the hospice.

Thank everyone who attended, donated and helped make the event a success. Your generosity will help Queenscourt Hospice continue providing compassionate care to those who need it most.

We're delighted to share that Sacred Heart Church, Kilburn, received funding through Cycle one of the John Nodes Funeral Service Community Fund to support their fantastic foodbank project.

The cheque was presented during Sunday Mass in front of the congregation, providing a wonderful opportunity to recognise the vital work the church and its volunteers do to support local individuals and families.

We're proud to support initiatives that make a real difference in their communities and would like to thank everyone at Sacred Heart Church for their ongoing dedication and commitment.

Applications for our final Community Fund cycle have now closed, and we'll be announcing the successful recipients soon, so keep an eye on our page for updates.

Yesterday we were invited to the 'Big Green Picnic' at Rokewood Court, to raise awareness for Dementia Adventure in partnership with Right at Home Croydon.

Everyone enjoyed eating delicious cakes, drinking Pimm's and mocktails, while listening to relaxing piano music from the The Surrey Pianist.

We also enjoyed a raffle, with prizes donated by Easy Life Care & Easy Life Care & Mobility , Knights Garden Centres and Rawlings Opticians & Hearing Care. Also we at Pinks donated a few too. Thank you Becky for organising all of the prizes.

Thank you to Martin,Jenny and staff at Rokewood for your hospitality.
