Women make up about 80% of osteoporosis cases.

During and after menopause, a rapid drop in estrogen accelerates bone breakdown, vastly increasing vulnerability to fractures!

Roughly 50% of women over age 50 will break a bone due to osteoporosis.

Weight-bearing activities and resistance training are excellent for maintaining bone strength!

Everyone wants the result… but not everyone is willing to stay consistent long enough to earn it.

Adding consistent cardio alongside your weight training and tracking your macros properly can completely change your physique, energy and overall health but only if you stick to it.

Too many people try for 2 weeks, don’t see instant progress, then quit and say “nothing works.” The reality is your body needs TIME to adapt. Fat loss, muscle definition and healthy habits are built through consistency, not perfection.

Training hard 3-5 times per week
Getting your daily steps/cardio in
Tracking your food honestly
Recovering properly

Do that consistently for months, not days, and the results will come.

You don’t need a magic tea, detox or quick fix.
You need patience, discipline and consistency.
Small daily habits repeated over and over will always beat extreme short-term efforts.

Stay focused. Stay patient. Trust the process

Some days the hardest part is simply showing up.
And as mums, we do that over and over again, even when nobody notices how hard it really is.

So this is your reminder:
You are doing better than you think.
Every workout, every small effort, every moment you make time for yourself matters.

Strong doesn’t just look physical.
Strong looks like a mum who keeps going anyway. ✨

One hour a day. That’s it.

60 minutes to move your body, clear your mind, and invest in yourself. Over time, that single hour adds up to more energy, better focus, improved strength, and a stronger sense of discipline.

Fitness isn’t about extremes it’s about consistency.

Show up for yourself daily, even when it’s hard. The results won’t just be physical… they’ll transform how you feel, think, and live.

Start with one hour. Your future self will thank you. 💪

This guy doesn't miss a beat!

Huge congratulations to my client on completing his ultra race!

Over the past few months he showed incredible dedication, not only in his training but also in making recovery a priority.

Weekly massage sessions became an important part of helping him stay on track, manage tired muscles and keep moving well throughout his preparation. A fantastic achievement and so well deserved!

Onto the next training block he goes in preparation for his next event!

Helping women on their fitness journey is something I genuinely love because I know how overwhelming it can feel trying to balance work, family, social life, and still make time for yourself.

Fitness doesn’t have to mean extremes, endless cardio, or cutting out everything you enjoy. Busy women need realistic plans that fit into their lives, not plans that take over them.

The best results come from small, sustainable habits that build confidence, strength, and consistency over time. My goal is to help women feel empowered, not restricted!

Busy schedule?

Back-to-back meetings?

Kids getting taxied to every activity under the sun?

Life just getting in the way?

I get it and YOU ARE NOT ALONE, it can feel frustrating trying to squeeze in a full gym session.

But here’s the thing… you don’t need hours. You just need intent and a plan.

This is your reminder: something is ALWAYS better than nothing. Show up, even on the busy days.

You’re closer than you think. 💪

Alcohol might feel like a quick escape, but here’s what it’s really doing to your mood, weight, and progress!

Your Mood Takes a Hit
Alcohol messes with your brain chemistry. It might feel relaxing at first, but it can increase anxiety, disrupt sleep, and leave you feeling low the next day.

Hidden Calories Add Up
Drinks are packed with empty calories. Plus, alcohol lowers your inhibitions making late-night cravings and overeating way more likely.

Recovery & Sleep Suffer
Even a few drinks can ruin your sleep quality. Less recovery = less energy, worse workouts, and slower progress.

Fat Loss Slows Down
Your body prioritises breaking down alcohol first, putting fat burning on hold. That’s a big roadblock if you’re trying to lose weight.

Performance Drops
Dehydration, low energy, and poor recovery = weaker workouts and less consistency.

✨ It’s not about cutting it out completely—it’s about being aware and making choices that align with your goals.

I speak to so many people daily who say they'd see more progress if they could cut out the drinking!

For me I removed alcohol completely but everyone has their own reasons and everything in moderation is always a good approach.

Alcohol might feel like a quick escape, but here’s what it’s really doing to your mood, weight, and progress.

Ever notice how “I’ll start on Monday” can quietly turn your whole weekend into a write-off?

Skipping your usual routine, grabbing whatever food is easiest, a few extra drinks, not drinking enough water, and before you know it, you’re feeling sluggish, bloated, and off-track.

A weekend like that doesn’t erase all the progress you’ve made during the week.

What holds you back is the all-or-nothing mindset.

You don’t need a “perfect” weekend. You just need a bit of control where you can:
• Stay mindful of your food choices (not perfect, just better)
• Keep your hydration up
• Move your body, even lightly
• Be aware of alcohol instead of going on autopilot

Balance isn’t about restriction, it’s about making choices that still support how you want to feel.

Enjoy your weekend. Just don’t completely check out of the habits that are getting you results!
