Ever wonder why you get corns in the exact same spot on BOTH feet? 👣

It is not a coincidence!

Corns are layers of hardened skin caused by repeated friction.

Symmetrical corns usually happen for three main reasons:

🦶🏻 Identical Bone Structure: You inherit your foot shape. High arches or flat feet create identical pressure points on both sides.

👠 Symmetrical Footwear: Shoes compress both feet equally. A narrow toe box rubs the exact same joints on your left and right foot.

🚶‍♂️ Your Walking Pattern: Your gait dictates how your feet hit the ground. Matching stress points trigger matching corns.

Today’s lunch (albeit a bit early) is this incredible large prawn bap from All Things Nice Cawston in Cawston, Norfolk 🦐🥖 and it definitely hits the spot.

Packed with flavour and just what I needed to keep me going through the rest of this hot day.

If you're local and haven't been yet, they do amazing food and you can sit in and enjoy it too.

Definitely worth a visit! 😍
