Well it’s finally here. The Annual Su***de Bereavement UK 15th Conference starts tomorrrow at The Titanic Hotel Wednesday 16th September 2026.

Silence isn’t always golden!

We are excited to welcoming everyone to The Titanic Hotel tomorrow . We have a with a host of international and national speakers and opportunity to be amongst people passionate about postvention.

Yesterday, on World Su***de Prevention Day, we received an unexpected and incredibly generous donation to help people attend Su***de Bereavement UK’s International Conference.

This funding will provide heavily subsidised AND fully funded places for those who want to be there but have been restricted by cost. If you work in su***de prevention or postvention, come into contact with or support those bereaved by su***de, or you’ve been bereaved or affected by su***de, and you’ve hoped to attend but finances have been a barrier, this support is here for you.

This conference is a space where people feel understood, connected and part of a community that cares deeply about postvention (care of those bereaved by su***de). If you’d like to join us but cost has been a barrier, please get in touch.

The dream team of Sharon & Corinna preparing for tomorrow delivering PABBS su***de bereavement training for Su***de Bereavement UK in Gibraltar

Sharon is 65 and according to her, not fit but she is running a marathon next year. 😳
Why? Because she is running in memory of her brother, Lexie, who died by su***de aged 29. He ran a marathon when he was 25 — now, 41 years later, she is taking on the challenge to honour him and support families who are bereaved by su***de.
She is raising funds for a vital study exploring how attending an inquest affects those bereaved by su***de, with the goal of improving the care and support families receive during this incredibly difficult time.
Yes, asking for sponsorship feels awkward — but this is the fastest way to make this research happen.
