Tomorrow The Flower Path will be joining The Holistic Living Show at Lampeter University. I will be showcasing my Flower and Vibrational Essence practice alongside my work as an Artist, Art Therapist and Creativity Coach.

If you're about, do drop by the stand and discover what an Essence consultation involves, what Essences are, how they are are made and the myriad of ways they could benefit your life to bring a positive rebalancing to your whole system.

You may also wish to deepen your experience of an essence treatment by combining it with a botanically based Art for Wellbeing session - a great opportunity to draw closer to the natural world and elemental kingdom! I will also be exhibiting for sale some of my Fine Art Giclée Prints, original artwork and cards, all inspired by nature.

The Flower Path offers a perfect blending of Art making and Essences, to not only bring the gift of inner healing, but also to help you to awaken and reclaim your own authentic creative self...one joy-filled step at a time....

Tomorrow there will be many other holistic practitioners joining and also some fantastic products on show. Let's all prepare for and celebrate the coming Solstice together!! ☀️☀️☀️

"While organising the The Holistic Living Show it has got me thinking about what it means to live a holistic life and why would we choose to do so?

Holistic living to me is about trying to bring life into balance, that we are doing things we love and understand, that in turn enables us to live a freer life, which brings about living from a peaceful place and sharing that peace within what we do and how we live, with our family, friends and our environment

The show is bringing some amazing people together, who are capable of being way showers for a life well lived. Folk who are versed in many aspects of life, from a spiritual aspect or from a place of questioning or a place of beauty. So much to engage with on the day and hopefully the sun will shine so you can enjoy the grounds of the university with a cuppa and come away feeling uplifted.

So looking forward to the day and hopefully you will be able to come and feel part of what could be the experience that changes your life in a truly positive way
