There comes a point when you realise your power was never truly lost — it was simply being given away in places that no longer deserved it.

Today I choose to reclaim mine.

I release the need for approval, the weight of other people’s opinions, and the pressure to explain who I am becoming. I choose peace over drama, truth over pleasing, healing over holding on, and joy over fear.

I trust myself.
I honour how far I have come.
I give myself permission to grow, change, rise and shine in my own way.

This chapter of my life is about standing fully in my own energy and remembering that I am the author of my story.

My life.
My voice.
My choices.
My power.

And perhaps today you need this reminder too: you do not need permission to become the person your soul is calling you to be.
