There are lots of good reasons to get an early night 👀😉, and our favourite has to be waking up to weight loss success 🙌!

In a survey of more than 3,100 Slimming World members, 75% said their food choices are negatively affected when they’re tired 🥱 – with 66% more likely to reach for chocolate or sweets 😪.

On the other hand, improving the quality of your sleep through healthy lifestyle changes can create a positive sleep cycle 🔁. In fact, the more weight members lost, the more likely they were to report improvements in sleep – giving them more energy and the motivation to stay on-track!

Some nights can be tricky time wise for dinner with running round dropping the kids off to clubs, so Slimming World and Food Warehouse to the rescue with this delicious Marry Me Chicken which I served with a green salad and tomatoes for added speed and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Did someone say winner winner chicken dinner…I think so!

This scrumptious bar has spiced apple with chunks of crumble and is dipped and drizzled in a creamy custard. Members will be able to pick them up in group from Monday 22nd September.
