Join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative Reiki Infused Sound Bath 💚✨

Guided by the Reiki healers of High Peak Healing 💚 and Love, Light and Pumpkins 🧡

This immersive experience creates a peaceful space for:
✨ Stress relief and deep relaxation
✨ Energetic balancing and emotional release
✨ Mental clarity and inner stillness
✨ A sense of grounding and renewal

No previous experience with meditation, Reiki, or sound healing is needed - simply come with an open mind and allow yourself to receive.

What to bring:
• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• A blanket and pillow for extra comfort
• An eye mask (optional)
