✨ A Thought for a Friday Evening ✨

We spend so much of our lives trying to become something more...

More successful.
More confident.
More healed.
More productive.

But what if, for a moment, you stopped striving and simply recognise how far you've already come?

Think about the version of you from five years ago 🤔 the challenges you've faced, the lessons you've learned, the strength you've discovered, often without even realising it.

Strength isn’t always loud, it may look like setting a boundary or asking for help. Sometimes it's simply getting through a difficult day and trying again tomorrow.

Today, instead of asking yourself "What do I still need to fix?" try asking:

💚 "What am I proud of myself for?"

Take a moment to acknowledge your own journey, you might be surprised by how much there is to celebrate

Join us for a calming and restorative meditation circle on Monday 22nd June in Chapel-en-le-Frith 💚✨

Take a pause from the noise of daily life and step into a space of stillness, connection, and reflection. This guided meditation circle is open to everyone—whether you’re completely new to meditation or have an established practice.

We’ll begin with gentle grounding, followed by a guided meditation to help release tension and bring clarity to the mind. There will also be time for quiet reflection and optional sharing in a supportive, welcoming environment.

What to expect:
✨A peaceful, judgment-free space
✨Guided meditation suitable for all levels
✨Personal silent meditation
✨A chance to reconnect with yourself and others

What to bring:

✨Anything to make you comfortable (yoga mat or pillow etc)
