Following on from my last post, I thought I’d share the experience of one of my lovely clients, .vwax . ✨

Everyone’s experience of Reiki is unique, so there are never any guarantees that someone else will experience the same things. But hearing another person’s journey can sometimes give a little insight into what a session might feel like.

A huge thank you to Natalie for being so open and willing to share her experience. I know this will really help people who are curious about Reiki but perhaps aren’t quite sure what to expect.

Today I wandered through The Forbidden Corner in Yorkshire… and somewhere along the way, I found my younger self. ✨

Hidden tunnels. Secret doorways. Twisting paths. Beautiful imagination around every corner. It reminded me what it feels like to explore with curiosity instead of needing all the answers.

It also made me reflect on the heart of my work.

So many of us—especially those who are neurodivergent—grow up learning to mask, perform and quieten the parts of ourselves that are different. We lose touch with our wonder, our creativity and our authentic selves.

Whether through neurodivergent coaching or Reiki, my role isn’t to change people. It’s to help create a space where they can reconnect with who they’ve always been.

Because that curious, imaginative, beautifully unique part of you isn’t gone…

Sometimes it just needs permission to come back out and play. 💚

For me, the Summer Solstice is a time of reflection, gratitude, and sharing the light.

This Solstice feels especially meaningful. It marks just over a year since I moved to Sheffield and began building a new chapter, both personally and professionally.

Today, I’m taking a moment to reflect on the people I’ve had the privilege of working with over the past year and beyond. To every Reiki client, and Neurodivergent Coaching client who has trusted me to walk alongside them on their journey—thank you.

Your courage, growth, insight, and authenticity continue to inspire me every day.

As we celebrate the longest day and the abundance of light around us, I wish you peace, wellbeing, and moments of quiet reflection.

May you recognise how far you’ve come, honour where you are now, and carry your own unique light forward into the months ahead.

✨New energy. New opportunities✨

I’ve just returned from another transformative weekend of deep personal work, and once again I’m reminded how important it is to create space for healing, reflection and growth.🙌

A year on, I’m so grateful for the wonderful clients who continue to make Reiki part of their wellbeing journey, returning to me each month for maintenance, support, and self-care.🙏

To make room for new faces and changing schedules, I’ve opened an additional Reiki appointment slot on Mondays at 5:30pm.

If you’ve been thinking about trying Reiki, returning for a session, or you’ve been waiting for an evening appointment, now could be the perfect time.

I currently have availability on Wednesday and Thursday mornings.

I work with autistic, ADHD and AuDHD teens and adults, helping them understand themselves and develop practical strategies that work with their neurodivergence.

I don’t believe neurodivergent people need fixing.

I help people:

✨ Manage overwhelm and burnout
✨ Improve executive functioning
✨ Build confidence and self-acceptance
✨ Navigate education, work and relationships

I work with formally diagnosed individuals, late-diagnosed adults, and people who are exploring whether they may be neurodivergent.
