A huge thank you to our wonderful CEO, James, and his lovely wife, Zara, for hosting such a fantastic celebration. It was a pleasure to bring together colleagues from all 12 of our practices to mark this incredible milestone, reflect on our rich history, and celebrate the people who make Robert Frith Optometrists so special.

It was a night filled with great company, laughter, delicious food, dancing, and memories that we’ll treasure for years to come.

👁️ June is Cataract Awareness Month 👁️

Cataracts are one of the most common causes of blurred vision, often developing gradually over time. Symptoms can include cloudy or misty vision, increased glare from lights, faded colours and difficulty seeing clearly, particularly when driving at night.

The good news? Cataracts can be detected during a routine eye examination, and treatment is highly effective when needed.
