✨ Sometimes growth doesn’t look like doing more.

Sometimes it looks like saying no without explaining yourself.

Walking away from what no longer feels right.
Resting without feeling like you have to earn it.
Setting boundaries without apologising. And choosing yourself without carrying the weight of guilt. 🤍

Choosing yourself isn’t selfish. It’s a reminder that you matter too.

You are allowed to grow into a version of yourself who protects her peace, honours her needs, and stops feeling guilty for putting herself first. 🌿✨

🌿 WHAT’S CHANGED? 🌿

We’ve made a couple of changes to our Healing, Connection & Learning Days, so here’s everything you need to know! 💚

📍 NEW LOCATION:

We’re moving back to Longfield Academy - so please note, we are no longer at Halling Community Centre.

📅 NEW DAY:

Our events will now take place on the SECOND SUNDAY of every month, instead of the first Saturday.

✨ WHEN DOES THIS START?

Our first event under the new arrangements is:

💚 Sunday 13th September 2026

🕙 10am – 4pm
🎟️ Entry £3.50

Resting doesn’t make you lazy.

We’ve got some exciting news about our Healing, Connection & Learning Days…

After listening to our community and looking at what works best for our events, we’re heading back to Longfield Academy! 🎉

And there’s another change…

📅 Our events are moving from the first Saturday of every month to the SECOND SUNDAY of every month.

That means our next Healing, Connection & Learning Day is:

Come along for a day filled with healing, connection, learning, wellbeing and community, with wonderful practitioners, talks/mini workshops, opportunities to learn and plenty of time to simply slow down and enjoy the day.
