We would like to wish our Feild Care Supervisor Crystal all the very best on our new journey.

Crystal has been part of the Agincare family for 11 years, and has achieved great things and a made a big impact during her time at Medway.

She will be greatly missed by all but we all very excited for her and know that she will do amazing things and continue to make a difference.

What can be achieved when a care provider and local authority builds flexibility into a partnership from day one?

Since 2023, Agincare and Southwark Council have worked together to expand nursing capacity, strengthen hospital discharge pathways, support reablement services and invest in workforce wellbeing across five care and nursing homes.

From launching the Avon Unit to supporting nursing, and discharge to assess pathways, to helping residents regain independence and return home safely, the partnership continues to evolve in response to local need.

Our latest article explores the impact of collaborative working and how flexible service delivery is helping improve outcomes for residents while reducing pressure on the wider health and care system.
