We’ve been keeping very busy here at Swan House! ❤️

From getting creative with arts and crafts 🎨, enjoying some friendly competition at bingo, staying active with our exercise sessions 💪, and getting out and about on community outings, there’s always something happening.

It’s been wonderful to see so many smiles and friendships being made along the way. Thank you to everyone who helps make each day so special for our residents – we can’t wait to share more of our adventures with you soon! 💙

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives.

What we’re looking for:
✔ Caring and positive attitude
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Team player
✔ Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential for the right candidate, as full training can be provided

✨ It’s so important to keep up with the hobbies and routines you love, even after moving into a care home. 🏡💙
Recently, one of our residents, enjoyed a lovely walk around Ely, visiting the shops he has always loved, stopping for lunch in one of his favourite cafés, and even managing to have a catch up with friends and family. Moments like these mean so much and help keep familiar interests and happy memories alive. ❤️
