A message from JP Keates & Son Funeral Directors
We have been deeply shocked and saddened by the recent media coverage surrounding parts of the funeral profession. Understandably, this has caused great concern and distress for many people. Our thoughts are with the families and loved ones who have been affected by these traumatic, disturbing events.
While recent headlines may have raised questions about our profession, they do not represent the values and commitment demonstrated by the vast majority of funeral directors across the country who work tirelessly every day to care for those who have passed away, and to support bereaved families with compassion.
We want to reassure every family that the care of those entrusted to us at JP Keates & Son remains at the very heart of everything we do. We never lose sight of the enormous responsibility that families place in us during one of the most difficult times in their lives.
