You don't even remember who recommended it.
A podcast.
A friend.
Someone in a Facebook group.
An influencer who finally got her positive test.
At the time, it felt worth trying.
Because when you've had recurrent miscarriages, every recommendation carries the tiny hope that this could be the thing everyone else missed.
So the bottles come and go.
Some get replaced.
Some get forgotten.
Some stay because stopping them feels riskier than taking them.
Not because you know they're helping.
Because you're frightened of leaving something out.
I see this all the time.
Women aren't looking for more supplements.
They're looking for certainty.
They want to know they're doing everything that actually matters.
That's why I believe every supplement should have a clinical reason behind it.
Not because someone else took it.
Because your body needs it.
There is a huge difference.
Every pregnancy begins before conception.
