An amazing first Black & Brown fertility show. I had the pleasure to be asked to speak on the holistic panel. It was such a great event and I learnt so much about black and brown fertility.

So many great professionals there doing various different panel talks.

I am proud to have been part of a group of professionals who supported families to address the disparities in support for black and ethnic minorities around access to fertility support. This work is ongoing and has a long way to go but this event really opened the doors to change. It was so lovely to hear the stories of black and brown families and to feel the support in the room and empathy that was shown.

I enjoyed speaking about reflexology and how it can support on individuals and couples fertility journey. Go me!!

Tomorrow I will be a speaker at the Black and Brown fertility show 2026. I am so excited to be talking at this event on the hoistic panel, all things reflexology and how it can support during trying to concieve. From natural fertility to IVF, ICSI and IUI. Hello to all my new and existing followers. I'm Monique if you haven't already met me. I am currently enjoying some family time away in the sun. Feeling greatful for a lovely break away with my loved ones. I love having holidays planned as it really lifts my mood and gives us some time to be fully present with the kids and have fun.

We are having the best time. Our hotel has lots to do which is great for families and a spa so I've been taking time to have my own time out from family life and full on kids. I've been for a massage and I've got a facial booked as well yipee!
Whilst I have been away I have taken a break from doing treatments. I will be back to work after Easter holidays ready to go. So if you want to make time for your self care.

Join us for our next baby massage class. We offer classes 1-2-1 in the comfort of your home or as a group depending on your preference.

Our next group class takes place on Tuesday 3rd February Beaulieu Community Centre from 11am-12. Our classes are suited to babies from 6wks old and are largely focused on socials where we get to know everyone in the class and go out socially too for an afternoon tea or pub lunch as a group.

Happy new year...

Welcome to 2026. How was your festive season well rested and relaxed? Or was it busy and tiring?..

For many women the festive season has been busy and tiring whether that be caring for children or other loved ones, working or preparing for Christmas and hosting or maybe it's been travelling round to relatives and or friends.

A gorgeous weekend away in Cambridge pressing pause ⏸️... I took my sister off for a lovely weekend away to thank her for always being so supportive and the best sister and auntie I could ask for...

After a very tiring summer holiday period with the kids and juggling work, playdates, parties, home life etc. I loved nothing more than a spa weekend with my sister in Cambridge last weekend. We had so much fun.

If you know me you know I love my spa days and spa weekends. I've been on quite a few and there are never enough spa days/weekends.

What we did?

- Had a lovely treatments massages and facials
-Relaxed in the spa, whirlpool bath, steam and sauna.
- Reset our nervous system from being in the fast lane to more relaxed 😌
- Took a lovely river cruise to see the local universities of Cambridge and the other sites
-Did some shopping 🛍️
- Dined out and drank too 🍸
- Danced and sang 💃
- Had a lovely afternoon tea on our last day
- Had a lovely sleep in a very big bed in our hotel

How I feel now?
- So much more relaxed and lighter coming into a new week
- A more patient mum and wife
- Pleased that I recognised my own needs though it can be hard
- A complete boost in my mood and energy.
