Long days, heat, sun exposure, air conditioning, travel, SPF, sweat… summer can leave the skin feeling drier, more sensitive and a little depleted, even if it doesn’t look it straight away.

As we move into the colder months, this is the time to focus less on doing more and more on restoring what your skin actually needs.

Think hydration, nourishment, strengthening the skin barrier and supporting the skin back to a calm, healthy place before winter really sets in.

Autumn is the reset. Winter is where we protect it.

If your skin is feeling tight, dull, dry or more reactive than usual after summer, it might be telling you it needs a little rebuilding 🤍🕊️
