Job Summary
As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating medical staffing for a range of events. You will ensure that every event is appropriately resourced with qualified clinicians, enabling Medicare to meet its contractual obligations and deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule appropriately qualified clinicians for each event.
• Ensure all event shifts are fully staffed and adequately covered.
• Arrange suitable replacement staff in the event of cancellations or absences.
• Match clinicians' qualifications, skills, and experience to the specific requirements of each event.
• Liaise effectively with medical professionals, event managers, and internal teams to coordinate staffing requirements.
• Respond promptly to staffing issues and implement solutions to maintain uninterrupted medical cover.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and communicate updates to all relevant parties.
• Support the smooth day-to-day coordination of event staffing operations.
