Running season is well and truly underway and as the milage starts to increase, it's not uncommon to experience a number of different running related injuries. From hip pain to Achilles Tendinitis, studies show an annual incidence ranging from 19.4% - 79.3%, and at any given time approximately 25% of runners may be injured.

Where did that year go!?

2025 has been an absolutely unbelievable year for Matt Ross Physiotherapy. Demand for our services has surged this year and I’ve been honoured to help more people than ever before.

I understand you have a choice as to who you see for treatment and it’s truly humbling that you have chosen my clinic. I have met some amazing people, with equally amazing stories and it’s been a pleasure to play a part in people’s recovery.
