IYCE is thrilled to welcome Jayne back to teach another weekend of Iyengar yoga.

Jayne is an advanced level Iyengar teacher and Director of The Iyengar Yoga Institute of Birmingham. A direct student of Guruji, she has a long and deep association with Iyengar Yoga, having studied with him and his family in Pune for many years.

Open to all general and intermediate practitioners.

Class times
• Saturday: 11:00–14:00 & 15:00–16:30
• Sunday: 09:00–12:00 & 13:00–14:30
Light snacks and drinks provided during the breaks.
Fees
Weekend £110 | Single day £65

We are delighted to welcome Uday Bhosale for a special Iyengar Yoga workshop.

Uday began his Iyengar Yoga journey in the late 1990s and has trained extensively in Pune, India with B.K.S. Iyengar, Geeta Iyengar and Prashant Iyengar. With over 30 years of teaching experience, including 15 years at RIMYI, he brings depth, clarity and warmth to his teaching.

His classes are:

✅ Interactive and engaging
✅ Light-hearted and enjoyable
✅ Rooted in Iyengar Yoga tradition

Edgar and Lydia are both Level 3 Senior Teachers from Wiltshire. We all really enjoyed their weekend in March 2025 and we are thrilled that they are returning to Essex again this year.

We would love you to join us for an informative and challenging weekend of yoga. The weekend is open to all general and intermediate level practitioners. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Susan Long is teaching a workshop to mark her entry into ashrama (the fourth stage of life). Open to all levels – whether you’re new to yoga or have years of practice, this workshop is for you!
