We are now using Anima, our new online triage system, to help you get the right care quickly and safely.
✅ Every request is reviewed by our clinical team
✅ Faster, more efficient access to care
✅ Available for GP and Nurse appointment requests
✅ For new or ongoing health concerns
💻 How to send a request:
Visit our practice website https://www.inspire-healthcare.co.uk/west-cheltenham-medical/
and access Anima to submit your request online (recommended).
📄 You can also use Anima for:

Medication queries or changes
Sick notes (fit notes)
Test result queries
Letters and forms
Updating contact details

💊 Repeat prescriptions should still be ordered via your usual method (e.g. NHS App).
📞 Prefer to use the phone?
Call 01242 507111 and choose Option 1 to speak to Andi, our automated assistant, who will help you submit your request.

Due to mandatory staff training, Inspire Healthcare will be operating with a reduced team on Tuesday 24th February afternoon.

During this period, we will be able to support urgent care needs only.

Our reception desk, online portal and telephones will remain open for urgent requests.

If your matter is not urgent, please consider using:

✅ Your local pharmacy – ideal for minor ailments, medications and advice
✅ Tewkesbury Minor Injury & Illness Unit (MIIU) – for minor injuries and illnesses
✅ NHS 111 – for guidance on the most appropriate NHS service
