Affordable Counselling and Support for Adults and Young People - there is availability opening up for September for face to face sessions from The Garden Room and online sessions. Are you a parent of carer trying to support your teen or young person’s transition into adulthood? Its not easy is it and sometimes we all need some space and time to explore our own thoughts and feelings . I am a qualified counsellor working with both adults and young people in a creative and mindful way. I am also a Mum and have worked for many years as a Childrens nanny and teacher. I have seen , first hand , the difficulties families face raising their children. Relationship issues , loss of identity, low self esteem and anxiety are just a few of the things we are managing in everyday life.
