Happy 200 visits to our lovely Jen! What an amazing journey it’s been. An incredible 7 stone gone, equating in 184cm of body shape change. She’s done it all by herself, no jabs, no quick fix, just patience, dedication and staying coachable during her journey.
One of the best parts of all, she’s treating herself to a bikini for the FIRST TIME EVER!!! 👙
