Fullerenes are found in Shungite and have some interesting properties.

🧬 Fullerenes: The “Buckyball” Carbon Molecules ⚫
What looks like a tiny soccer ball is actually a remarkable C₆₀ carbon molecule—60 carbon atoms arranged into 12 pentagons and 20 hexagons. 🧪
Unlike diamond’s 3D network or graphite’s layered sheets, C₆₀ forms a hollow molecular cage. Fullerenes are not minerals themselves, but rare natural occurrences have been reported in certain carbon-rich and high-energy geological materials.
🔹 Diamond: sp³ — 3D covalent network
🔹 Graphite: sp² — layered carbon sheets
🔹 C₆₀: sp² — molecular carbon cage
🌍 Geology meets nanoscience: sometimes Earth produces carbon structures that look almost futuristic.

As you all know I’m not religious in any sense and I walk my own path as feels right without any need for a name on it but I love Hildegard for her learnedness, her autonomy, how she stood up to the church. But… most of all her visions and how she recommended using crystals!! I can’t say I recommend her uses but they are fascinating and she led an interesting life.

If you’d like to train as a practitioner in crystal healing therapy I have a 2 Year practitioner course beginning in Cheltenham starting in September.

Information on her beautiful visionary piece of Art is below!

The Living Light (Caritas)
Hildegard von Bingen,
Liber Divinorum Operum (13th c.).
This illumination depicts Holy Love (Caritas) as a fiery winged figure trampling a monster, symbolizing the victory of divine energy over evil. Above is God the Father; in her hands is the Lamb of God.

Location: Biblioteca Statale di Lucca, Italy.

Lughnasadh is the first harvest festival of the wheel of the year. This cross-quarter holiday is also known as Lammas meaning “loaf mass” is one of the Greater Sabbats (the others are Samhain, Imbolc, and Beltane). Lughnasadh falls halfway between Litha (the Summer Solstice) and the Mabon (the Autumn Equinox).

As Lughnasadh, this holiday is named for the Celtic Sun God Lugh, meaning Shining One. As a deity Lugh, was known to be a “Master of All Trades”. In some traditions he was believed to temper the Suns powerful rays so as not to over dry the crops. It is now the time to reap the harvest and look back on your accomplishments throughout the year.

Lughnasadh marks the beginning of the noticeable descent of the Sun into the darkness of winter. From the connection between the Earth (female principle) and the Sun (male principle), the marriage of the Sky Father (Sun God) with the Earth Mother that was celebrated at Bealtaine/Beltane, emerge the fruits of the first harvest of the year.

Whether celebrated as Lughnasadh or Lammas now is a time of joy about the first harvest. It is also a time of tension because the dark days of winter are coming nearer, and most of the harvest is not brought in and stored away yet.

Traditionally there are 2 more harvests, the next being Mabon and finally the last being Samhain.

In a spiritual sense you might like to contemplate the following:
What is currently ripening in your life?
What are you sacrificing too much or too little of?
What are you ready to start harvesting?

This time reminds us that the death of the old has the seeds of the new as we see the wheat and barley being cut some of the seeds are used to make bread and yet some are kept for planting in the following year.

On this day you might like to do some baking and share this with family and friends. You might like to dress the table with green and gold and have plenty of summer flowers and fresh fruit out. 🌾CONTINUED IN COMMENTS BELOW💚

Crystals occupy a central place in everything we create because they stand at the intersection of geometry, electricity, and order. Nature has already demonstrated their remarkable ability to organize energy. Quartz, for example, converts mechanical pressure into electrical potential and electrical potential into mechanical vibration through the piezoelectric effect. That extraordinary stability is why crystals regulate the timing of computers, watches, radios, medical instruments, and countless modern technologies.

Walter Russell described crystals as the first appearance of organized form ~ light seemingly brought into stillness through orderly compression. Whether one embraces that philosophical view or simply appreciates the underlying physics, crystals reveal that geometry and energy are deeply intertwined.

Derald Langham arrived at a similar appreciation from a different path. His observations of enhanced plant growth associated with the Genesa Crystal led him to explore geometry as an organizing influence within living systems. While those ideas extend beyond what has been established by mainstream scientific research, they inspired a generation of innovators to investigate the relationship between form, resonance, and biological organization.

That is why crystals play such an important role in our technology at OmniCore. They are never included as decoration. We use them because of their unique physical properties, their remarkable stability as resonant materials, and the elegant way they embody the relationship between structure, vibration, and coherent organization. For us, every crystal serves as a reminder that nature often accomplishes its greatest feats through harmony, precision, and beautifully ordered design.

This is said to be the largest salt cave in the world with salt. It is in Iran and spans 7000 yards.
It’s interesting to ponder how a limestone cave or calcite cave would change shape and form much slower over thousands of days in comparison to the salt cave which as a softer mineral that is dissolvable in water can change considerably faster over a period of days.

What is this full moon in Sagittarius offering us and how might Iolite aka the Viking Compass help us?

Excerpt: "This Full Moon is also a strong invitation to let go of what is not truly you: borrowed beliefs, inherited narratives, people-pleasing, old identities, or truths you have outgrown. Sagittarius reminds us that truth is not only something we speak, but something we must be brave enough to live.

There is also a restless and awakening edge, with the Moon opposite Uranus bringing sudden insights, unexpected news, changes in plans, or breakthroughs that shift how we see the truth. Expect the unexpected, especially around communication, travel, information or revelations that shake up the old worldview. This may feel liberating, disruptive, or perhaps both.

The Full Moon also reactivates the solar square to the Nodes of the Moon, bringing a karmic quality to the energy. The Nodes are connected with destiny, soul growth, old patterns and the choices that move us forwards. With the Moon square the Lunar Nodes, we may feel pulled between the familiar past and the unknown future. Choice points may arise: do we stay safe, or do we grow?"

✨Visit my website to read my full moon energy update and learn how Iolite may be a helpful ally.✨
