The Baby Journey hosts midwife-led antenatal classes, refresher courses, Baby Tribe coffee mornings and Mini First Aid in Cheltenham.

Our philosophy here at The Baby Journey is that good information, understanding and support are vital through your pregnancy. We believe that this leads to contented and confident parents. Every parent and baby is different and every journey will be unique. The Baby Journey offers an honest, realistic and friendly approach founded on our experiences as midwives - but equally important our experiences as mums.

Last but most definitely not least, our final addition to the TBJ Team ⭐️

Hannah is an amazing midwife and I’m so happy she has joined us. I have seen her facilitate the most beautiful home birth, and was lucky enough to have her present with at the birth of my daughter. She has a calming aura, is very funny and explains things in a way that makes them easy to understand ⭐️

What a team! Roll on our three September courses ♥️

We are so happy to welcome Charlotte into the team!

Charlotte has not only worked in hospital and community settings too, but she has a wealth of knowledge in fertility and scanning (so basically she’s extremely clever!)

‘I spent five years working within a fertility unit, which gave me a particular interest and wealth of experience in fertility and reproductive health.

Last year, I returned to university to complete a midwife sonography course, specialising in third-trimester growth scans. Alongside my clinical work, I also deliver fertility teaching to second-year student midwives, which is something I really enjoy.’

Having midwives on the team who have delivered care from different aspects of the service, means that we know how to prepare families and have a great understanding of the journey that they’re on.

Welcome Charlotte, we are delighted to have you 🥰🥰

Last night marked the end of a four week antenatal course with this lovely group! It’s been an interesting one with World Cup semi-finals, bagpipes, heatwaves - and a very special way to end it, with everyone watching the eclipse together in the car park!

I’m sure they will go on to make a lot more memories together starting with their group social next week 🌟

For us… it’s time to get ready for a little holiday and a very busy September🌟

One of our October courses is already full, so if you’re thinking of booking on don’t hang around! Always here to answer any questions you may have 🌟

It has been such a genuine joy to see you all over the last 4 weeks. Thank you for choosing us to host your classes, we’ve had a lot of fun 🤩

Come and join us for our Mum & Baby coffee morning at The Little Interior Co! Tea, coffee and biscuits are included in the price, you can chat to other mums and TBJ midwife Alice will be there to host and weigh your baby if you wish ⭐️

High Street Car Park on Swindon Road is close by, we recommend carrying baby in their carrier as we don’t have ample pram parking space.
