🌟 Meet the Team – Lija Joseph, Registered Nurse 🌟
Hi, my name is Lija Joseph, and I am a Registered Nurse at Northleach Court Care Home.
I have around 20 years of nursing experience, working across both critical care and elderly care. For me, nursing has always been much more than a profession; it is a calling to care, to listen, to support and to bring comfort to those who need it. ❤️
Working with our residents is what I am most passionate about. Every individual is unique, with their own life experiences, needs, wishes and preferences. I believe it is our responsibility to ensure every resident feels safe, valued, respected and truly at home.
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a resident comfortable, smiling and at peace. Knowing that I have played even a small part in bringing happiness to someone’s day gives me a real sense of pride and reminds me why I chose nursing in the first place.
Northleach Court has become a second home to me. I have been part of the Northleach family for the past three years, and I genuinely feel this is the right place for me to continue growing both personally and professionally.
A huge shout-out to our amazing Northleach team! We have such a caring, supportive and dedicated group of people who work together, support one another and always strive to provide the very best care for our residents. 💕
