Just popping up to say hi! 👋🏼 You’ll usually find my hands doing the talking, but here’s the face behind the massages.

One of my favourite things about being a massage therapist is knowing that, for an hour or so, someone gets to completely switch off. No emails, no to-do lists, just pure relaxation (or some much-needed knot-busting!).

It’s amazing how much tension we carry without even realising - until it’s finally released. If you’ve been putting off self-care, maybe it’s time to change that? 💆‍♀️
