h our busy lifestyles we tend to forget to look after ourselves and it can often become the norm for our bodies to feel lethargic, tired and sometimes in pain. It is also easy to ignore our health until there is a problem, an ache or an ailment that prompts attention. REFLEXOLOGY - FOOT & FACIAL
Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that is effective in promoting deep relaxation and all round wellbeing. It involves the application of appropriate pressure to specific points along the energy network of the body, in areas on the face or feet. These points correspond to different organs and systems of the body and that manipulating them creates an energy flow through your entire body, which has a beneficial effect on the organs and overall general health - both emotionally, mentally and physically. Reflexology is also a great stress reducer, which is one of the major contributors to most diseases and disorders. INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
The aim of an Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. Performed in a low back chair and with a little oil, Indian head massage is deeply relaxing, it can can improve blood circulation along with eliminating toxins in the body. I regularly perform bespoke treatments to assist with tension by releasing trigger points which can be responsible for headaches/migraines, still and painful necks and frozen shoulders. REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The practitioner lightly placing their hands on different areas of your body administers healing energy, which releases any energy blockages so we are more capable of being happy and healthy naturally. With the three therapies Reflexology; Indian head massage and Reiki combined it provides you with a unique healing experience.
