Summer 2026 has certainly been one to remember so far. 🥵🌞

It’s our lovely Marta of course. A few weeks back she spent the weekend at the ABR Festival, the UK's biggest motorcycle festival. Bikes, live music and thousands of fellow riders. She loved every minute!

One year already! 🎉

Last month marked Emily, Caroline and Pete's first anniversary at ChiroCulture. We honestly can't believe how quickly it's gone.

And before anyone says anything... Pete is definitely not photoshopped in. He really does spend most of his time hanging around the clinic in his triathlon kit, so this is a completely normal team photo. Honest. 😉

In the last 12 months they've helped countless patients move better, feel better and smile a little more along the way. We're so grateful to have such a brilliant team who genuinely care about every person who walks through our doors.

The Diversified Technique is the one most people associate with chiropractic care. It’s also the one we receive the most questions about.

It involves a quick, gentle stretch of the spinal or pelvic joints to get them moving freely again. When a stuck joint releases, you might hear a pop. That sound is simply a change in air pressure within the fluid surrounding the joint.
