This room is still very much a work in progress, painted satin walls instead of matt, a few holes that need filling, and a long-overdue makeover on the way 🫣

But this is where the magic happens.

Every client who comes in always comments on how calm and safe it feels, and that matters far more than perfection.

Because yes, aesthetics are lovely… but what really counts is how you feel when you’re on the table.

Sun, slowing down and sea ☀️

Honestly… every time my daughter is off school, I realise how unnatural our normal routine can feel.

The rushed mornings, the traffic, the overstimulation, the little “school meanies” it’s a lot for them (and us).

Give us slow days, fresh air and nowhere to be… and we both just soften.

No pressure. No rushing. Just being.

I’m holding onto this energy as I head back into work and bringing it into my sessions too 💜
