🏠💙 VISITING ANGELS SOUTH BUCKS HAS A NEW HOME! 💙🏠
The move is officially underway… and we’ve discovered one very important thing:
When someone says “that’s not a two-person job”… it absolutely is. 😂

🎨 Painting around a window? Two-person job.
🪜 Painting up a ladder? Two-person job.
🚪 Putting a door back on? Two drills. Two people. Same door.
📺 Moving a 50” TV? Definitely two-person job.
🔨 Knowing what we’re actually doing? Not a requirement.

Lisa & Jade have spent the day painting, drilling, building, moving furniture and generally behaving like we’ve accidentally launched Visiting Angels Property Services. 😂

Meanwhile, our Managing Director has been extremely hands-on with the move… as demonstrated by his outstanding contribution in photo 3. 🤣🤣

Somehow, the office is still standing, nobody has drilled through a water pipe, and it’s starting to look AMAZING. 💪😇

We can’t wait to show everyone our brand-new South Bucks home when it’s finished! 💙
Now, does anyone have a job that needs doing? There are two of us. Apparently that’s all the qualification we need. 😂🛠️

💜 Proud to Support Chesham’s Dementia Walk 💜

Visiting Angels Buckinghamshire was delighted to be part of Chesham Presents: World Walks Against Dementia for its second year.

It was fantastic to see the local community come together to raise awareness of dementia, support those living with it, remember loved ones and recognise the families and carers who provide so much support every day.

A huge thank you to Cllr Aamna Ahmad, Asa Johnson, Chesham Town Council and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make the event possible.

It was also a pleasure to be alongside so many fantastic local organisations and individuals, including Age UK Buckinghamshire, Dementia UK, Chiltern Music Therapy, Rennie Grove Hospice Care. Sarah Green MP

At Visiting Angels, we see first-hand the difference that the right dementia care, companionship and support can make to individuals and their families. Events like this help bring the community together and make sure people know that support is available.

Thank you to everyone who stopped to speak with us and everyone who took part in such a meaningful day. 💜

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for another fantastic Knit & Knatter yesterday at Foxhills! It was wonderful to see such a great turnout despite the warm weather. 💙

Our Knit & Knatter group takes place every Wednesday at Foxhills and everyone is welcome. Whether you'd like to knit, chat, make new friends or simply enjoy some company, we'd love to see you.

Blood pressure can also be checked during the session.

Lunch is also available if you'd like to stay afterwards.

With the warmer weather here, we’ll be making the most of our lovely cool space at Foxhills Bowls Club; a great place to escape the heat, enjoy some company and have a relaxed morning together.

Join us this Friday, 10am–12pm for:
