✨ **NEW & FREE RESOURCE** ✨

A few days ago I found myself hugging a tree in the park, which, if you know me, you'll also know is something I do most days 🤣

But as I stood there, I realised something...

Years ago, when I was struggling with anorexia, I wouldn't have noticed that moment. My thoughts would have been consumed by calories, exercise and all the exhausting rules my eating disorder had created.

Recovery has given me something precious.

The ability to notice life again.

It isn't just the big milestones that matter. It's the sunshine on your face, laughing with a friend, hearing birds sing, enjoying a cup of tea, standing barefoot on the grass or realising your thoughts aren't completely focused on food for a little while.

Those are the little wins.

On their own they may seem insignificant.

Together, they quietly give us our lives back.

That's why I've created **The Little Wins Journal** – a free Mindful Recovery Companion to help you notice, celebrate and reflect on the moments that show recovery is already happening.

If you're in the early days of recovery, I hope this journal reminds you that progress isn't always loud or obvious.

Sometimes it's found in the smallest moments.

And sometimes those small moments become the foundation of a life you never thought was possible.

I've just added a new resource to the website - a little wins recovery journal. The inspiration for it came after my fantastic day at BST Hyde Part seeing Garth Brooks, Ashley McBryde and The Zach Brown Band. Being fully presented, noticing the little things as well as the incredible performances are one of the gifts of my recovery and The Little Wins Journal is a place you could start to record and reflect on your own little wins each day. Why not download your copy today?

Discover Little Wins, a free mindful recovery companion designed to help you notice the small moments that recovery gives back. Explore gentle reflections, everyday inspiration and download The Little Wins Journal to celebrate your progress in eating disorder recovery.

Society puts too much emphasise on how we look and what we wear. On the jobs we have and the people we hand out with. But why does any of that matter? Why is the external valued more than internal? Even when others don't see it, take time today to reflect on how you can start valuing yourself and your internal characteristics and qualities. You are more than any number. You are defined by your heart, strength and resilience - all the things that keep you fighting for your . Stay strong beautiful one and keep believing in yourself.

I wish someone had told me earlier how important it would be to find a community of like minded people to help in my recovery from . Finding a group of people who understood the internal battle, the conflict and knew it wasn't simply a case of not wanting to eat, was a game changer for me. Being with people who "get it" and who can share lived experiences with without worrying about being judged is a vital part of recovery. None of us have to do it alone and we all deserve connection to help with our recovery.

My new online support group for # is coming soon as well as an in-person support group in , Bucks. If you are interested in joining either or just want some useful resources to explore holistic tools in your recovery check out my website.

For a long time I believed that I needed to battle anorexia by myself, after all it was my fault I was sick and if I couldn’t help myself why and how could anyone else care enough to help. Finding the right therapist was the first step in r that maybe I didn’t need to go it alone on my journey but what I’ve found most helpful over the years is support from other people with lived experiences with eating disorders; people who really get it. Over the years I’ve found fantastic support groups and have had the privilege of being part of a weekly zoom connection call for the past 6 years. So now I’m in a position to do so, I’m offering a weekly group call. It doesn’t matter what stage of recovery you are at, you might even be still contemplating if it’s what you really want or if it’s really possible, you are still welcome. Calls will start July 6th with an in-person group beginning in shortly after. To register your interest or get more information see the link in my bio.
