We recently came across an interesting article in British Vogue discussing whether children should attend funerals. A topic that often brings out strong and differing views.

Even within our own profession, opinions vary.
Some feel that involving children can help them understand loss, say goodbye and feel included. Others believe funerals can be overwhelming for younger minds and may not always be the right environment.
As a family orientated company, we understand that every family is different. Ultimately, we believe the decision should rest with the parents or guardians, taking into account the individual child - their age, understanding and emotional readiness.
There is no “right” or “wrong” answer, only what feels right for your family.
