Do angels really exist ? I think we are sent signs , messages , nudges all the time.

2 weeks ago my mum & I were involved in a car accident , it was pretty horrendous we both experienced that moment when you think this is it , that slow motion surrender to the universe.

Miraculously we are doing ok , cuts , bruises and some shock to work through.

So grateful that our guardians were with us and they are guiding us to feel safe and to heal.

We will be easing back into it over the next few weeks.
