In medical aesthetics, it should never be about who can do it fastest, cheapest, or with the loudest marketing.

It should be about who will put you first, take time to educate you, explain your options honestly, and always act with patient safety at the centre of every decision.

As a registered healthcare professional, I believe aesthetics is still medicine,which means proper assessment, clinical judgement, informed consent, and the confidence to say no when a treatment isn’t right.

Because the person you trust with your face, your body, and your wellbeing should be someone who understands both the science and the responsibility.

The best treatments aren’t the ones everyone notices… they’re the ones that make you feel like yourself again.

That’s exactly what this result is about.
Subtle, thoughtful treatment that softens what was bothering her, without changing who she is.

1. Wash your hands before you touch your face — every single time.

🚗Some roads feel like they just keep going……..

The ones that follow the hard stuff — loss, heartbreak, burnout, whatever version of hard you’ve lived through.

And on those days, it’s not therapy quotes or five-year plans that pull you back. It’s the people🤷🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

The ones who turn up with the good bottle, not the “it’s fine” bottle. Who find you a view worth sitting still for. Who can turn a hard week into an ugly-laughing, can’t-breathe kind of night without even trying.

Some of them I chose 😍. Some of them I was lucky enough to be born into.

I used to think needing this counted as being soft, or high maintenance, or not “coping” properly.

It doesn’t!

Good fizz🍾 great views and better company aren’t indulgent — they’re maintenance. The kind that keeps you standing on the days the road feels endless.
