Myopia Awareness Week is officially underway, and we are back to remind you that proactive eye care starts early. Myopia (nearsightedness) is on the rise in children, but it’s about more than just needing stronger glasses. Early detection and management are the keys to protecting their long-term eye health and vision for life.

From drawing their favorite things to learning in the classroom, clear vision helps them thrive. 🎨📚

How you can take action today:

- Schedule an exam: Book a comprehensive eye test for your child.
- Encourage outdoor play: Aim for 2 hours of outdoor time daily to help slow myopia progression.
- Take screen breaks: Use the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away, for 20 seconds).
