Hi lovely people.

Sometimes the best ideas come from the people who know you best.

My sister and I have always shared a passion for helping others, just in different ways. She’s a yoga teacher, and I’m a massage therapist. Together, we realised we could create something that brings both of our passions together.
That’s how Breathe & Bloom Retreats began.
Seeing people arrive feeling stressed and leave feeling lighter, calmer and more connected reminds us exactly why we started.
I’m so grateful that my massage business has opened doors to opportunities like this, and I can’t wait to see where the journey takes us next.
