One thing i have noticed with our people is that they don't like honest conversations.

We like living a delusional life while pretending that we are religious.

We bring religion into everything and silence honest conversations.

That's why people still come to my page to argue that i shouldn't teach artificial family planning because it's against Catholic doctrines.

As if i am forcing any family planning on anyone.

I teach as a health practitioner and women health educator not as a religious sister.

And i make sure i teach both natural and artificial ones to enable you pick the one you want.

Some of those people defending doctrines are still doing backyard ab0rtions when e choke them.

The last time i checked, the same doctrine is still against ab0rtion but they will never mention it here.

My teachings are not for deputy Jesus please.

Happy New Month my people ❤️

"My baby is stooling and vomiting because of teething." ❌

This is one of the most common myths I hear from parents.

Teething does NOT cause diarrhoea or vomiting.

Teething can make babies:
1, Chew on everything because of itchy gums
2, Have swollen or sore gums
3, Be a little fussy or irritable
4, Eat less for a day or two

So why do some babies have diarrhoea or vomiting when they're teething?

Because this is also the age they put everything into their mouths plus the itchy gums, making it easier to pick up germs that cause stomach infections.

🚨 Please seek medical attention if your baby has:
• Repeated vomiting
• Frequent diarrhoea or bl00d in the stool
• A fever of 38°C or higher
• Signs of dehydration (dry mouth, no tears, fewer wet nappies)
• Unusual sleepiness or difficulty waking up

Don't assume every illness is "just teething." Early medical care can prevent complications and keep your baby safe.

Teething is normal. Vomiting and diarrhoea are not.

Many mothers have lost their babies because they neglected it and termed it "normal teething stooling and vomiting"

Don't repeat the mistakes our mothers made out of ignorance.

It's your duty to enlighten and correct them.

Not the other way round, before you bring "my mother said"

The picture is just to get your attention to read 😁

If you have read up till here, let me know in the comment section if you grabbed the information😄

Where some women on artificial family planning gets confused is this 👇🏽

That particular one that all their friends are saying was the best, they went for it and started seeing effects that they don't really like.

Effects like

Low s£xual urge
Headache
Adding weight
Loss of hair
Spotting

Many might start asking themselves if theirs are different.

Remember i told us that what works for A may not work for B because body differs.

If your body doesn't accept hormonal contraceptives like implant, pills or injections, you can get it removed anytime you want.

You can go back to natural family planning if you are good at monitoring your cycle, disciplined to skip s£x in agreement with your hubby on your fertile days and able to calculate your cycle well.

Alternatively, you can go non-hormonal one like copper coil.

Family planning is just like treating malaria 🦟. If amatem doesn't work for you, go for lunart or chloroquine 😁

Once you have one that works for you, you would experience peace, enjoy marital s£x with zero fear of pregnancy.

Plan your pregnancy, space your children and most importantly, have only the number of children you can provide for.

I don't even remember that i am on any family planning because i have zero effect.

My ovulation and monthly period still come regularly.

I just know that there is odeshi in there that knocks off any sp£rm that enters and that's absolute peace of mind.

Good morning ❤️

Someone asked me the question in the picture yesterday in my last teaching about artificial family and this is my answer Atuonah Amaka Ter Chris 👇🏽

Yes, I am Catholic, and I am fully aware of the Catholic Church’s teaching on artificial family planning.

However, being Catholic does not mean I have to pretend that every woman can safely or successfully practise Natural Family Planning.

I personally do not endorse a doctrine that, in my view, does not adequately address the realities many women face.

My concern is practical: women have different bodies, different cycles, different health conditions, different levels of fertility awareness, and different circumstances.

Natural family planning may work well for some women, but it is not equally suitable or reliable for everyone.

I have also seen how unintended pregnancies within marriage, sometimes resulting from ineffective or unsuitable family-planning methods, can put women and families in extremely difficult situations and, sadly, can contribute to abortion—even within marriage.

That is why I choose to educate women about all available family-planning options, including natural and artificial methods.

Education does not mean I am telling everyone to use a particular method. It means giving women accurate information so they can make responsible decisions.

My message remains simple: have the children you can genuinely afford to raise, give your body adequate time to recover between pregnancies, and avoid finding yourself in a d£sperate situation because you were not properly informed about your fertility and family-planning options.

I respect my faith, but I also believe that women’s health and real-life circumstances deserve honest conversations—not silence.

Bring out 10 women on natural family planning and you would find out that it has failed more than 5 of them.

You may not agree with my opinion but i teach as a health practitioner and women health educator and not as a religious sister 🚶🚶🚶

Many of you said that i should throw more light on artificial family planning that stops your period for many months.

First of all, let's get it straight.

Your period comes monthly because your hormones prompt your womb to thicken every month in preparation for pregnancy.

So, the thickened womb lining sheds and come out as your monthly flow if pregnancy didn't occur.

That's to say that the bl00d you see as your period is good one that would have helped in forming the baby in the womb.

Contrary to what people tell you that period flow is b@d bl00d.

So, what happens when you are on artificial family planning like implant or 3 months injections is that it could make your hormones stop prompting the womb to thicken and prepare for pregnancy.

That's because it knows that you are avoiding conception.

Though, not all artificial family planning does that.

And again, body differs.

There are still women that see that monthly period even with those family planning.

So, don't panic when you don't see your period and you are on artificial family planning.

It is simply saving bl00d that would have been forming and wasting every month 😁

And also saving you cost from buying pads plus stress of period 🤣🤣🤣.

Sometimes i wish that mine could stop my period 🙇🏽

Unfortunately, i see my period and ovulation every month, but no conception as long as i have it in there.

I hope this helps women that have concerns over not seeing period while on artificial family planning 🚶🚶🚶

Have you got questions, drop it in the comment section.

One of us on family planning that doesn't see her period often asked me 👇🏽

How does the bad bl00d go out if my period only comes a few times in a year due to family planning.

My answer was a question 👇🏽

Who told you that the bl00d that flows out during period is bad?

How does such bl00d leave the body of a pregnant woman that doesn't see her flow?

Could it be the same bad bl00d that forms baby?

Before you b£at your child again over p*eing on the bed at night, there is something i want you to understand.

Children develop differently.

While i struggled with Somto till almost 4, Chinazaekpere is just 2 now but don't wear diapers or p*e on the bed at night.

She simply wee in the toilet when she wakes up.

Yes. In most cases, the difference is developmental rather than behavioral.

Children do not all achieve nighttime bladder control at the same age, even within the same family.

Several factors contribute:

1. Brain-bladder maturation (the biggest factor): During sleep, the brain needs to recognize that the bladder is full and either wake the child or suppress bladder contractions until morning. In some children, this communication develops earlier than in others.

2. Bladder capacity and function: Some children naturally have a larger functional bladder capacity for their age, allowing them to comfortably hold urine through the night. Others have a smaller capacity or a bladder that contracts before it is completely full. This isn't necessarily a problem—it often improves with growth.

3. Nighttime urine production: As children mature, they produce more of a hormone called antidiuretic hormone (ADH) at night. ADH tells the kidneys to make less urine while sleeping. Children who develop this pattern later may simply produce more urine overnight, making bedwetting more likely.

4. Depth of sleep: Some children sleep so deeply that they do not wake when their bladder is full, even though their bladder is functioning normally.

5. Genetics: Bedwetting often runs in families. If one or both parents wet the bed as children, their children are more likely to do the same.

Usually, it is not due to poor behavior, laziness, or lack of toilet training.

Give them time to develop

Help them by waking them up to wee before morning.

Reduce their night water intake once night is approaching.

Be patient with them.

That child you are beating because he or she still wee on the bed may have inherited it genetically from you😁

I was having a chat with a colleague at work and she casually mentioned her age.

That's one of the things oyibo people can never lie about and don't find it weird if you ask them their age.

Not like i asked her but our conversation led to her mentioning it.

Then i told her she looked quite younger than her age.

She was super excited and she replied 👇🏽

"You are my best friend from now, Judith"😁

She shared with me how she has been down since her husband who is just in his 50s was diagnosed with cancer.

So, hearing that she doesn't look like what she was passing through gladdened her heart.

We easily hear people using negative comments on their friends and loved ones.

"You are so fat"

"You look older than your age"

Some would even go to other people's birthday posts on social media to argue their age and tell them that they look older than that 🤦🏽

You have no idea the efforts people that easily add weight make to lose weight.

Imagine after all their efforts and already losing their self esteem because of their look, you add to it by constantly reminding them that they look fat 😥

People are going through a lot and not everyone can easily deal with negative comments about their looks.

I'm not saying that my colleague didn't look younger than her age or that i lied to her to make her happy.

She does look younger than her age.

If she was looking older than her age, I wouldn't have commented on it at all.

I would have kept it to myself without commenting on it.

People hardly forget how you made them feel.

Be kind with your words and if they are not positive ones, it's better left unsaid.

Happy weekend ❤️

Don't expect br£ast milk to automatically dry up once you stop breastfeeding. It could take a while to dry up completely. Stop pressing it to check if it's still coming out. The pressing is stimulating even more. It can hardly stop you from conceiving again. I hope you had a great day ❤️
