Looking after a child or young person with additional needs during the holidays can be rewarding - but also challenging at times. That’s where we can help.
Our children’s complex care teams can support with short-term packages over the summer holidays, including personal care, medications, complex clinical needs, routines and community activities.
Most importantly, we support young people to spend time doing the things they love - whether that’s days out, hobbies, sensory activities or simply having fun and building confidence.
It can also give parents and family carers the chance to take a well-earned break, catch up on everyday life or simply have a bit of breathing space.
