What a fantastic afternoon at Blackpool Tower Ballroom! 💃🕺✨

Our residents had a wonderful time reminiscing and soaking up the magical atmosphere, listening to the fabulous music, and even taking to the dance floor for a few twirls! There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and happy memories made throughout the day.

Days like these remind us that you're never too old to enjoy music, dancing, and great company. Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a special trip—we're already looking forward to our next adventure! ❤️

We're opening our doors to residents' families, friends, local community members and stakeholders for a series of free events throughout August.

📅 12th August | 12pm -1pm 🚓 Cheshire Police Community Surgery Meet local community police officers, ask questions, raise concerns and receive advice in a friendly and confidential setting.

📅 19th August | 1.30pm-3.30pm 👂 Deaf & Sensory Network - 50th Anniversary Visit Specialist support, advice and equipment demonstrations for anyone affected by hearing or sensory loss.

📅 25th August | 1.30pm-3.30pm 💙 Dementia Café A relaxed, welcoming space for people living with dementia, their families, friends and carers to connect and enjoy support together.

🍰 And don't forget... our coffee shop is always open to visitors, with complimentary tea, coffee and cake available. Whether you're attending an event or simply popping in to say hello, we'd love to welcome you.

We're looking forward to another week packed with laughter, friendship and meaningful moments. From Stop the Bus, Scrabble Club, Seated Exercises and Watercolour Painting to Music Afternoon, Quizzes, Film Afternoons and our much-anticipated Summer Garden Party ☀️🌸, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Our activities are all about bringing people together, encouraging conversation, creating memories and making every day meaningful.

We had so much fun with our Music Afternoon led by Sophie and Kirstie! From singing our hearts out to the silliest songs, sharing a few emotional moments with some beautiful classics, and dancing along to everyone's favourites, there was something for every mood.
Music has a wonderful way of bringing people together, sparking memories, lifting spirits, and putting smiles on faces. It was fantastic to see so much laughter, singing, dancing, and joy shared by everyone. 💃🕺❤️

We're delighted to invite you, your family and friends to an afternoon of summer fun at our Annual Summer Garden Party on Saturday 8th August from 12pm to 3pm.

🌼 This Week at Deewater Grange! 🌼
There's something for everyone this week as we enjoy a fantastic programme of activities designed to keep minds active, bodies moving and spirits lifted. From Scrabble Club, Stop the Bus and seated exercise to armchair travel, quizzes, film afternoons, watercolour painting and music, it's another week full of fun, friendship and meaningful moments.
We're also looking forward to our gentlemen's lunch, Dementia Café, Chester Cathedral Eucharist Service, and plenty of room visits and one-to-one time to ensure everyone can join in in a way that suits them.
Here's to another wonderful week making memories together! 💜✨
