Induction training ⭐

A huge congratulations to our new colleagues who have recently completed our induction training for our Winsford branch.

Well done all, at Homecarers Cheshire, we are incredibly proud!❤️

We offer a four day induction training programme, allowing those who apply with us to develop their knowledge and skills.

In training, you can expect to learn about manual handling including hoist, bed and wheelchair training, dementia care, physical and learning difficulty care, and much more. This knowledge empowers our staff to have a successful carer in the care industry.
