One of the great advantages of choosing an independent practice is that our relationship with your eyewear doesn't end when you collect it.

Our in house lab allows us to carry out many adjustments, repairs, lens changes and refinements ourselves, often much more quickly than if frames had to be sent away. More importantly, it means we can ensure your eyewear continues to fit properly, feel comfortable and perform exactly as it should.

Aftercare has always been a hugely important part of what we do. We take great pride in helping our clients get the very best from their eyewear, not just on collection day, but throughout its lifetime.

Rather than sending frames away and waiting for them to return, we can often complete work ourselves, giving you greater flexibility and a much faster turnaround.

It also allows us to maintain close attention to detail throughout the process, ensuring your eyewear is finished, fitted and checked to the standard we expect before it reaches you.

Another advantage of independent service, and one more way we aim to make the experience smoother for our clients.
