Are you physically fit but looking to find specific stretches and exercises to complement your current fitness regime? If so 1:1 tuition could be for you this can be in the home and is charged at £30 per hour in Chester plus petrol money for further afield.

Good morning!! 🌼🪻🪷🌺. I’ve been slow to post and at taking photos recently but here are a few from over the past week or so. and our new fledgling class in Upton which is growing that is on a Friday morning perfect for those of you working from home to get out and get your Pilates done for the week.

Seeing your once a week Pilates class or Yoga class as necessary to maintain your alignment to reset, to untwist the body and the mind gives you permission to look after yourself the roof of the bijoux Pilates studio is going on today yay and fingers crossed the windows and doors shall mostly arrive tomorrow yay !
