wing a break from fitness / as a result of illness / injury before joining a class or gym? Are you looking to build up strength and improve your fitness level in the privacy of your own home. Are you physically fit but looking to find specific stretches and exercises to complement your current fitness regime? If so 1:1 tuition could be for you this can be in the home and is charged at £30 per hour in Chester plus petrol money for further afield.

Hi Everyone so we will have some summer sessions running at St Mary’s Handbridge on Saturday mornings at 9am £12 PAYG or £50 to book all six, spaces are limited payment in advance refunds aren’t available but you can send someone in your place or attend another class when the full timetable starts up again in September
