I am doing the Chester Race for Life on 9th July. I will be attempting to walk the 5k whilst hula hooping 🙈😳😁. If anyone would like to sponsor me I have attached my just giving page below.

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.

If you are looking for something to do with your little ones this weekend then why not join in with Upton Scarecrow Trail. We are so lucky to be sponsoring this fantastic local event.

It's a great opportunity to expose your little one to lots of new vocabulary as you make comments about what each scarecrow looks like.

We are looking forward to seeing photos of you with your favourite sporty scarecrow🏌‍♀️🏇🚴‍♀️

Not long to go! The Upton Scarecrow Trail launches this Saturday, 12th June!

We have over 45 scarecrows for you to find all around Upton and the surrounding areas!

Thank you so much to all the amazing builders and local businesses supporting us.

Maps are £3 and will be available from 4pm on Friday at:
- The Upton Pavilion
- Fish & Chips Weston Grove
- The Cheshire County Sports Club
- The Spar, Long Lane
All fabulously designed by our friends at The Little Design Agency.

We can’t wait to see all the scarecrows and pictures of you finding them, please tag us and use the hashtag
